显微手术联合神经内镜治疗囊性听神经瘤的手术效果和并发症分析

摘　　要：目的探究显微手术联合神经内镜治疗囊性听神经瘤的手术效果。方法选择本院囊性听神经瘤患者100例,实施显微手术联合神经内镜治疗,分析手术各种指标。结果术后患者的面神经解剖保留87例(87.00%),面神经功能功能保留75例(75.00%),对患者均进行术前术后面神经功能评定,I一Ⅱ级60例、Ⅲ一Ⅳ级30例、V一Ⅵ级10例。听神经解剖保留0例、功能保留0例、术后听力均无改善;囊性听神经瘤患者治疗后,肿瘤切除91例、肿瘤全切率91.00%;囊性听神经瘤患者治疗后,切口皮下积液4例、并发症发生率4.00%。结论显微手术联合神经内镜治疗囊性听神经瘤的手术效果显著,能降低并发症,提高肿瘤全切率。Objective To explore the effect of microsurgery combined with neuroendoscopy in the treatment of cystic acoustic neuroma.Methods 100 patients with cystic acoustic neuroma were selected and treated with microsurgery and neuroendoscopy.Results 87 cases(87.00%)of facial nerve were anatomically preserved and 75 cases(75.00%)of facial nerve function were preserved postoperatively.After treatment,91 cases of cystic acoustic neuroma were resected and the total tumor resection rate was 91.00%.After treatment,4 cases of subcutaneous incision effusion and 4.00%of complications occurred.Conclusion Microsurgery combined with neuroendoscopy is effective in the treatment of cystic acoustic neuroma,which can reduce the complications and improve the total tumor resection rate.
