玻璃酸钠滴眼液及贝复舒滴眼液在角膜异物剔除术后的应用

摘　　要：目的评估玻璃酸钠滴眼液及贝复舒滴眼液在角膜异物剔除术后的应用效果。方法前瞻性研究。上海健康医学院附属嘉定区中心医院2018年6月至2019年6月接受角膜异物剔除术的160例(160眼)临床资料。患者随机分为两组,每组80例(80眼)。对照组术后以单纯玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,观察组术后给予玻璃酸钠滴眼液及贝复舒滴眼液治疗,均连续治疗7天,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组有效率为100.00%,高于对照组的88.75%(χ^2=7.535,P=0.006);术后7天观察组角膜荧光素染色阴性率为96.25%,高于对照组的81.25%(χ^2=7.574,P=0.006);观察组角膜伤口愈合时间为(5.91±2.03)天,短于对照组的(7.83±2.11)天(t=5.865,P=0.000);观察组术后角膜水肿发生率为13.75%,低于对照组的30.00%(χ^2=6.181,P=0.013);观察组术后角膜水肿平均消退时间为(1.79±0.52)天,短于对照组的(2.69±0.68)天(t=9.404,P=0.000)。结论玻璃酸钠滴眼液及贝复舒滴眼液联合滴眼可提高角膜异物剔除术的治疗效果,降低术后角膜水肿发生风险,利于角膜愈合。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of application of sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with beifushu eye drops after corneal foreign body removal.Methods This was a prospective case-control study.A tota of 160 eyes of 160 cases who received corneal foreign body removal from Jun.2018 to Jun.2019 in Jiading District Central Hospital were included in the study.They were randomly divided into two groups,80 eyes of 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluromate eye drops after surgery.The observation group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops and beifushu eye drops after surgery.The treatment was continued for 7 days.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The effective rate in the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than 88.75%in the control group(χ^2=7.535,P=0.006).At 7 days after surgery,the negative rate of corneal fluorescence staining in the observation group was 96.25%,which was higher than 81.25%in the control group(χ^2=7.574,P=0.006).The healing time of corneal wounds in the observation group was(5.91±2.03)days,which was shorter than(7.83±2.11)days in the control group(t=5.865,P=0.000).The incidence of corneal edema in the observation group was 13.75%,which was lower than 30.00%in the control group(χ^2=6.181,P=0.013).The average regression time of corneal edema in the observation group was(1.79±0.52)days,which was shorter than(2.69±0.68)days in the control group(t=9.404,P=0.000).Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with beifushu eye drops can improve the therapeutic efficacy of corneal foreign body removal,reduce the risk of postoperative corneal edema and facilitate corneal healing.
