摘　　要：目的探讨针刺干预原发性失眠患者的大脑激活模式。方法对原发性失眠患者进行神门、百会、三阴交穴位针刺干预,进行任务态功能磁共振扫描,观察患者大脑对针刺干预的响应区域。结果针刺干预3组患者的大脑响应区域存在差异,以小脑、额下回、顶下小叶、颞中回产生的激活效应最为明显。结论针刺干预原发性失眠的大脑响应区域,均为激活与认知和情绪功能有关的脑区。Objective Explore the activation pattern of acupuncture treatment for primary insomnia.Methods Primary insomnia(PI)patients accepted task-based fMRI scan during acupuncture on HT-7,GV-20 or SP-6,to observe the response brain regions to acupuncture intervention.Results The activation in brain regions of three groups evoked by acupuncture were different,the cerebellum,inferior frontal gyrus,inferior parietal lobule and middle temporal gyrus were obviously activated in three groups.Conclusion The response brain regions to acupuncture is related with cognitive and emotional function.
