摘 要:随着我国城镇化率的不断提升,家具市场需求日益增长。人口结构的变化促使人民消费从生存型消费转变为重品牌、重品质的享受型消费。传统家具制造业绿色供应链急需创新以适应新趋势,促进产业转型。文章从选择家具制造业绿色供应链的供应商出发,结合家具制造业行业特点,整合AHP和TOPSIS评判模型,从企业能力及环境因素构建了家具制造业绿色供应链供应商的评价指标体系,并结合算例分析验证了该方法的可行性,为家具制造业绿色供应链供应商选择决策提供参考作用。With the continuous improvement of urbanization rate in China,the demand for furniture market is growing.Changes in the demographic structure have prompted people's consumption to shift from survival-oriented consumption to heavy-duty,quality-oriented consumption.To adapt to new trends and promote industrial transformation,the green supply chain of traditional furniture manufacturing industry urgently needs innovation.This paper starts from the supplier of green supply chain of furniture manufacturing industry;it combines the characteristics of furniture manufacturing industry;it integrates AHP and TOPSIS evaluation model,and builds the evaluation index system of suppliers of green supply chain of furniture manufacturing industry from enterprise capacity and environmental factors.The feasibility of the method is verified by a case study,which provides a reference for the decision-making of green supply chain suppliers in the furniture manufacturing industry.
