摘  要:中性粒细胞减少症是化疗药物常见的不良反应。粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)在临床中被用来预防和治疗放化疗引起的粒细胞减少症。骨痛是G-CSF最常见的不良反应。G-CSF可能通过骨髓定性和定量扩张、刺激外周神经、促进炎性因子产生、影响骨代谢等病理生理机制引发骨痛,研究显示萘普生和氯雷他定可以治疗G-CSF导致的骨痛。Neutropenia is a common adverse reaction of chemotherapy. Granulocyte colony stimulating factor(G-CSF)is used to prevent and treat neutropenia caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Bone pain is the most common adverse reaction of G-CSF. G-CSF may cause bone pain through some pathophysiological mechanisms, such as qualitative and quantitative expansion of bone marrow, stimulation of peripheral nerves, promotion of inflammatory factors, and influence of bone metabolism. Studies have shown that naproxen and loratadine can treat bone pain caused by G-CSF.
