大型移动床渗出器在中国甜菜制糖行业应用的可行性分析与探讨

摘　　要：最近几十年国内甜菜糖行业发展波动较大,效益不稳定,缺乏资金支持,阻碍了新型糖分提取设备的研发和更新,导致国内甜菜制糖行业仍旧采用传统的DDS渗出设备提取糖汁,该类设备已经应用了半个世纪。作者借助参与海外大型现代化糖厂项目建设的契机,通过多个制糖生产周期的运营实践,深入对比分析了“DDS渗出器与大型移动床渗出器”在糖汁渗出过程中的效率及能耗、维修养护等方面的优势和劣势.结果表明:新型移动床式渗出器与传统渗出器-DDS渗出器相比,移动床渗出器可显著提高甜菜制糖糖汁提取效率,大幅降低设备耗能、可减少设备制造和维护成本。同时移动床渗出器易于操作自动化程度高。建议在国内外新建或者改扩建的甜菜糖厂项目上大规模推广使用移动床渗出设备替代传统DDS渗出设备。In recent decades,the development of the domestic sugar beet industry fluctuated greatly,with unstable benefits and lack of financial support,which hindered the development and update of new sugar extraction equipment.As a result,traditional DDS exudation equipment was still adopting to extract sugar juice in the domestic sugar beet industiy,which has been used for half a century.With the opportunity of participating in the construction of large-scale modern sugar refinery projects overseas,the advantages and disadvantages between DDS exudation and large moving-bed diffuser like efficiency and energy consumption in the process of sugar juice exudation and maintenance,etc.were deeply analyzed through the operation of multiple sugar production cycles.The results show that compared with the traditional DDS exudation,the new moving-bed diffuser can significantly improve the extraction efficiency of sugar juice from sugar beet,greatly reduce equipment energy consumption,and reduce equipment manufacturing and maintenance costs.Meanwhile,moving-bed diffuser is easy to operate with a high degree of automation.It is suggested that the moving-bed diffuser should be widely used to replace the traditional DDS exudation equipment in the newly-built or renovated sugar beet factories at home and abroad.
