现代学徒制理念在成人高等教育人才培养模式探索中的应用--以清远职业技术学院与清远先导材料有限公司合作培养为例

摘　　要：随着职业教育人才培养模式的深化改革和"扩容,提质,强服务"等系列举措的实施,高职院校普遍开始了新的探索。将现代学徒制理念应用于成人高等教育,参与各方扬长避短,对成人高等教育实施人才培养模式由学校单一办学向企业、社会高度参与办学的转变,具有重要意义。清远先导材料有限公司与清远职业技术学院成人高等教育的成功合作说明,应用现代学徒制理念的成人高等教育人才培养模式,有利于兼顾人才培养供给侧和产业对人才的需求侧两个方面,有利于改进人才培养主体的结构,提高人才培养的质量。With the deepening reform of the talents training mode of vocational education and the implementation of a series of measures such as "expanding capacity, improving quality and strengthening service", various higher vocational colleges have started new exploration one after another. It is of great significance to apply the training mode of modern apprenticeship system to adult higher education from a single school to a high degree of corporate and social participation. The successful cooperation between Qingyuan Pioneer Materials Co., Ltd. and Qingyuan Polytechnic for adult higher education shows that an adult higher education talent training model that applies the modern apprenticeship concept is conducive to taking into account both the supply side of talent training and the demand side of the industry for talents as well as to improving the structure of the main body of talent training and the quality of talent training.
