摘　　要：近年来,在国家"大众创业、万众创新"的号召下,学生群体的创业热情高涨,高校也积极开展创业教育。我国创业教育起步较晚,尚未形成完整的培养方案,在一定程度上制约了高校学生的创业发展。有鉴于此,文章从胜任力视角出发,探究高校创业型人才培养现状,为高校整改现行培养模式中的问题并完善创业型人才培养体系提供参考方案,在促进高校就业水平提高的同时,也为高校学生促进自身创业发展提供科学客观的衡量依据及提升方向。In recent years, under the national policy of "widespread entrepreneurship and innovation", studentsare enthusiastic about entrepreneurship, anduniversities also actively carry out entrepreneurship education. However, entrepreneurship training in China started relatively late, and a complete training program has not yet been formed, which the entrepreneurial development of university studentsto some extent restricts. In view of this, from the perspective of competency, this paperexplores the current condition of entrepreneurship talents trainingin universities, provides a reference scheme for universities to rectify the problems in the current mode and improve the entrepreneurship training system, promotes the improvement of the employment level of universities, and also provides scientific and objective measurement basis and promotion direction for students to promote their own entrepreneurship development.
