护理专业组合作模式在有机酸血症急性期患儿中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨护理专业组合作模式在有机酸血症急性期患儿中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2017年1月1日~2019年12月31日儿科收治的60例有机酸血症急性期患儿临床资料,根据干预方式不同将患儿分为干预组和对照组各30例,两组均给予急救护理,干预组在此基础上实施护理专业组合作模式。比较两组患儿临床症状恢复情况、住院时间、再次住院率及家属护理满意度。结果:干预组患儿临床症状恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.01),住院时间较对照组缩短(P<0.01),再次住院率低于对照组(P<0.05),家属护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:对有机酸血症急性期患儿实施护理专业组合作模式,能促进患儿机体康复,缩短住院时间,降低再次住院率,提高家属护理满意度,值得临床推广。Objective:To explore the effect of cooperation model of nursing professional group in children with acute organic acidemia.Methods:The clinical data of 60 pediatric patients in the acute stage of organic acidemia admitted to the department of pediatrics from January 1,2017 to December 31,2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different intervention methods,the children were divided into the intervention group and the control group with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given emergency care,and the intervention group were implemented the nursing professional group cooperation model on this basis.Clinical symptom recovery,hospital stay,re-hospitalization rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:In the intervention group,the recovery time of clinical symptoms was shorter than the control group(P<0.01),the length of hospitalization was shorter than the control group(P<0.01),the rate of re-hospitalization was lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction score was higher than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The cooperation model of nursing professional group in the acute stage of organic acidemia can promote the recovery of the body,shorten the hospital stay,reduce the rate of re-hospitalization,and improve the nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
