柴疏四君汤联合艾灸在脾胃虚弱胃溃疡患者中的临床对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨柴疏四君汤联合艾灸对脾胃虚弱胃溃疡患者的影响。方法选取2016年7月—2018年3月期间的126例脾胃虚弱胃溃疡患者,随机分为对照组63例和治疗组63例,其中对照组给予柴疏四君汤治疗,治疗组给予柴疏四君汤联合艾灸治疗,两组均治疗4周。观察两组患者治疗前后血清炎性因子水平、胃肠动力、免疫状态、临床疗效及内镜疗效。结果治疗后两组患者血清炎性因子水平与治疗前比较均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低程度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者胃肠动力与治疗前比较均明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组改善程度明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者免疫状态与治疗前比较均明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组改善程度明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组临床有效率96.8%(61/63)治疗效果明显好于对照组临床有效率82.5%(52/63)(P<0.05)。治疗组内镜疗效有效率95.2%内镜疗效明显高于对照组内镜疗效有效率81.0%(P<0.05)。结论柴疏四君汤联合艾灸治疗能够明显改善脾胃虚弱胃溃疡患者血清炎性因子、胃肠动力及免疫状态,疗效较好,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To investigate the effects of ChaishuSijunDecoction combined with moxibustion in patients with spleen and gastric ulcer.Methods 126 patients with weakspleen and gastric ulcer from July 2016 to March 2018 were randomly divided into control group(63 cases)and therapy group(63 cases).The control group was treated with ChaishuSijun Decoction.The therapy group was given Chai Shu Sijun Decoction combined with moxibustion treatment,both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The serum inflammatory factor levels,gastrointestinal motility,immune status,treatment effect and endoscopic efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of serum inflammatory factors in the therapy group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05)The gastrointestinal motility of the two groups of patients after treatment was significantly improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of immune status in the therapy group was significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.05);The therapeutic effect of the therapy group(96.8%)was significantly better than that of the control group(82.5%)(P<0.05).The endoscopic efficacy of the therapy group(95.2%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.0%)(P<0.05).Conclusion ChaishuSijun Decoction combined with moxibustion can significantly improve serum inflammatory factors,gastrointestinal motility and immune status in patients with gastric ulcerof spleen and deficiencygastric.The therapeutic effect is better and it is worthy of popularization in clinical practice.
