口服半夏泻心汤联合保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结直肠炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的研究半夏泻心汤联合中药保留灌肠方法对溃疡性结肠炎患者的治疗效果及安全性。方法选取2015年10月—2017年10月期间的溃疡性结直肠炎患者120例,依据数字表法分为对照组60例口服柳氮磺吡啶片联合保留灌肠和治疗组60例给予半夏泻心汤联合保留灌肠,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果及血液中肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(interluekin-8,IL-8)的含量和不良反应发生的情况。结果治疗后治疗组总有效率为91.67%(55/60),对照组总有效率为80.00%(48/60),治疗组的治疗效果明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者血液中的TNF-α及IL-8的含量与治疗前比较均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组血液中TNF-α及IL-8的含量明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的临床症状、内镜结果及DAI三项评分与治疗前比较均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组患者的临床症状、内镜结果及DAI三项评分均低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组出现不良反应率分别为6.67%、13.33%,治疗组出现的不良反应率显著低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤联合中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结直肠炎可有效改善患者症状,提高治疗总有效率,降低临床不良反应率的发生。Objective To study the therapeutic effect and safety of BanxiaXiexin Decoction combined with retention enema of Chinese herbal medicine on ulcerative colitis.Methods A total of 120 patients with ulcerative colorectitis from October 2015 to October 2017 were selected and divided into a control group of 60 patients taking oral sulfasalazine combined with retention enema and 60 patients in the treatment group given Pinellia according to the digital table method.The clinical treatment effect of two groups of patients and the tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interluekin-8(IL-8)in the blood were compared.The content and the occurrence of adverse reactions were studied.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group after treatment was(55/60)91.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was(48/60)80.00%.The treatment effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant Significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-αand IL-8 in the blood of both groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of TNF-αand IL-8 in the blood of the treatment group were significantly lower than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of DAI scores,clinical symptoms and endoscopy results of two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment.And the clinical symptoms,endoscopic results,and DAI scores of the treatment group were lower than the control.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rates of the treatment group and the control group were 6.67%and 13.33%,respectively.The adverse reaction rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion BanxiaXiexin Decoction combined with traditional Chinese med
