摘 要:目的 分析乳腺癌患者组织中Prospero相关同源异形盒蛋白1(PROX1)的表达水平及其与预后的相关性.方法 回顾性分析中国医科大学附属盛京医院大连医院2016年1月-2018年12月收治的70例乳腺癌患者的临床资料,采用免疫组化染色法检测乳腺癌及癌旁组织中的PROX1表达水平,随访1年,评估两组患者预后,分析PROX1表达水平与预后的相关性.结果 随访结果 显示,70例乳腺癌患者中,有40例未复发,有26例复发,有4例死亡;PROX1高表达患者中,中分化和高分化患者占比较高,TNM分期Ⅲ期患者占比较高,预后较差患者占比较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);预后良好组的PROX1阳性率及平均灰度值均低于预后较差组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经线性回归分析发现PROX1表达水平与预后的线性回归方程:Y=0.783+0.483X,结果 显示,PROX1表达水平可影响预后(P<0.05).结论 乳腺癌组织中PROX1水平呈高表达,PROX1阳性率及平均灰度值与乳腺癌患者预后密切相关,可通过检测上述指标,制定针对性治疗方案,评估患者预后.Objective To analyze the expression level of prospero-related homeobox protein 1(PROX1) in breast cancer patients’ tissues and its correlation with prognosis. Methods The clinical data of 70 patients with breast cancer admitted to Shengjing Hospital(Dalian) of China Medical University from January 2016 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. The expression level of PROX1 in breast cancer tissues and the adjacent tissues was detected by immunohistochemical staining. The patients were followed up for 1 year to evaluate the prognosis of two groups and analyze the correlation between the expression level of PROX1 and prognosis. Results The follow-up results showed that among the 70 breast cancer patients, 40 patients did not relapse, 26 patients relapsed and 4 patients died. In patients with high expression of PROX1, the proportion of G2 and G1 patients was higher, the proportion of patients with TNM stage Ⅲ was higher, the proportion of patients with poor prognosis was higher, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The PROX1 positive rate and average gray value in the group with good prognosis were lower than those in the group with poor prognosis, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Linear regression analysis showed that the linear regression equation between PROX1 expression level and prognosis was Y=0.783+0.483X. It was revealed by the results that PROX1 expression level could influence prognosis(P < 0.05). Conclusion PROX1 has a high level of expression in breast cancer tissues. The PROX1 positive rate and average gray value are closely related to the prognosis of breast cancer patients. The above-mentioned indicators could be detected for the formulation of targeted treatment programs, so as to evaluate the patients’ prognosis.
