摘　　要：目的探究肌球蛋白轻链激酶(MLCK)、间隙连接蛋白32(CX32)在不同结肠癌组织中的表达及与临床病理的关系。方法采用前瞻性研究方法,选取2016年1月至2019年12月西安医学院第二附属医院收治的122例结肠癌患者的癌组织作为观察组,另选取其癌旁正常组织作为对照组。对比两组、不同临床病理特征患者MLCK、CX32的阳性表达率,分析MLCK、CX32与临床病理特征的关系,采用Kaplan-Meier曲线分析中位生存期(MST),比较不同MLCK、CX32表达患者的MST情况。结果观察组MLCK阳性表达率82.79%(101/122)高于对照组44.26%(54/122),CX32阳性表达率20.49%(25/122)低于对照组66.39%(81/122),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同分化程度、TNM分期、远处转移、淋巴结转移、结肠癌患者MLCK、CX32阳性表达率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);Spearman相关性分析显示,MLCK阳性表达率(r=0.368、0.374、0.401、-0.482)与TNM分期、淋巴结转移、远处转移呈正相关,与分化程度呈负相关;CX32阳性表达率(r=-0.459、-0.516、-0.643、0.611)与TNM分期、淋巴结转移、远处转移呈负相关,与分化程度呈正相关(P<0.05);随访5年,脱落6例,Kaplan-Meier曲线分析显示,116例结肠癌患者MST为48.46个月,MLCK阳性表达患者MST 47.74个月短于阴性表达患者52.65个月,CX32阳性表达患者MST 53.67个月长于阴性表达患者47.31个月,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MLCK、CX32在结肠癌组织异常表达,与临床病理因素密切相关,观察上述指标有助于预测结肠癌患者生存状况。Objective To investigate the expression of myosin light chain kinase(MLCK)and Connexin 32(CX32)in different colon cancer tissues and their relationship with clinicopathology.Methods A prospective study was performed to select the cancer tissues of 122 colon cancer patients treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Medical College from January 2016 to December 2019 as the observation group,and normal tissues adjacent to the cancer were selected as the control group.The positive expression rates of MLCK and CX32 between two groups and patients with different clinicopathological characteristics were compared,and the relationship between MLCK,CX32 and clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed,the Kaplan-Meier curve was used to analyze the median survival time(MST)and the MST of patients with different MLCK and CX32 expression was compared.Results The positive expression rate of MLCK in the observation group was 82.79%(101/122),which was higher than that of the control group 44.26%(54/122),and the positive expression rate of CX32 was 20.49%(25/122),which was lower than that of the control group 66.39%(81/122),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the differences in positive expression rates of MLCK and CX32 in patients with different degrees of differentiation,TNM stage,distant metastasis,lymph node metastasis,and colon cancer were statistically significant(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the positive expression rate of MLCK(r=0.368,0.374,0.401,-0.482)was positively correlated with TNM stage,lymph node metastasis,and distant metastasis,and negatively correlated with the degree of differentiation;the positive expression rate of CX32(r=-0.459,-0.516,-0.643,0.611)was negatively correlated with TNM stage,lymph node metastasis,and distant metastasis,and positively correlated with the degree of differentiation(P<0.05).After 5 years of follow-up,6 cases were lost,and Kaplan-Meier curve analysis showed that the MST of 116 patients with colon cancer was 48.46 months,the MST
