摘 要:目的:探讨高强度抗阻热身结合振动刺激(WBV)以诱导激活后增强效应(PAP),对于随后爆发性冲刺表现的影响及其差异。方法:采用重复测量的实验设计,以20名大学男性田径高水平运动员为研究对象。受试者分别接受3种不同高强度热身模式,包括WBV(振动训练30 s×5组、30 Hz、±1.8 mm)+PAP组(杠铃深蹲1次×5组×90%1 RM)、PAP组(杠铃深蹲1次×5组×90%1 RM)与CON控制组。不同高强度热身模式介入前后,受试者需完成前后测各1趟100 m测试,冲刺前后记录RPE。其中,WBV+PAP和PAP组,进行第1趟100 m冲刺测试,结束后休息4 min,随后分别接受3种不同高强度热身模式测试,随后立即检测运动自觉量值(RPE)并休息5 min,再进行第2趟100 m冲刺测试;CON组则是在第1趟100 m测试后,休息4 min,紧接进行第2趟100 m冲刺。实验过程中使用红外反射计时系统记录每10 m的累计与分段计时。结果:PAP组在10~20、80~90与90~100 m的分段表现明显快于CON组(P<0.05),WBV+PAP组在80~90与90~100 m的分段表现亦明显快于CON组(P<0.05);WBV+PAP组与PAP组在0~90与0~100 m的累计时间显著少于CON组(P<0.05);RPE值在第2趟100 m冲刺前与第2趟100 m冲刺后立即,PAP组显著低于CON组(P<0.05)。结论:无论高强度抗阻热身结合振动刺激还是单独进行高强度抗阻热身,皆能有效提升随后短距离冲刺表现,但高强度抗阻热身可显著改善10~20 m冲刺表现。Objective:To investigate the effect of whole-body vibration intervention during post-activation potentiation induction on subsequent explosive sprint performance.Methods:The experimental design of repetitive measurement was adopted in this study.20 male High-level track and field athletes were selected as the subjects.Subjects received three different high intensity warm-up modes,including WBV(30 s×5 group,30 Hz,±1.8 mm)+PAP group(1×5 group×90%1RM),PAP group(1×5 group×90%1RM)and CON group.After pre-relaxation,the subjects underwent the first 100m sprint test and rested for 4 minutes after the end of the test.After the test,the subjects received three different high-intensity warm-up modes.After the test,the exercise self-awareness measure(RPE)was detected immediately and rested for 5 minutes,and then the second 100m sprint test was carried out.Take second trips and100 m sprint,and record RPE before and after sprint.During the experiment,an infrared reflex timing system was used to record the cumulative and segmented timing of every 10 m.Results:PAP group in 10~20 m,80~90 m and 90~100 m segment performance was significantly faster than CON group(P<0.05),WBV+PAP group in 80~90 and 90~100 m segment performance was also significantly faster than CON group(P<0.05);WBV+PAP group and PAP group in 0~90 and 0~100 m cumulative time was significantly less than CON group(P<0.05);RPE value in the second100 m sprint before and the second100 m sprint100 m Immediately after sprint,the PAP group was significantly lower than the CON group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-intensity resistance combined with vibration stimulation or high-intensity resistance warm-up alone can effectively improve the performance of short-distance sprint,but high-intensity resistance warm-up can improve the performance of 10~20 m sprint.
