摘  要:设计一种船用推力扭矩测量传感器,分析其推扭特性,并制作传感器实物进行标定完成验证。分析传感器设计原理,重点阐述如何避免推扭干扰问题,在Workbench中用数值仿真方法计算推力-应变、扭矩-应变曲线,判断其线性度。同时加载推力和扭矩,分别与单独加载力或扭矩对比,分析其推力扭矩干扰特性。制造传感器,粘贴应变片,以实物标定方式验证传感器设计可行性。Design a marine thrust torque measurement sensor,analyze its push-torque characteristics,and make the sensor physical object for calibration verification..Analyze the sensor design principle,focus on how to avoid the problem of push-twist interference,calculate the thrust-strain,torque-strain curve in the workbench by numerical simulation method,and judge its linearity;simultaneously load the thrust and torque,and separately load the force separately.Or torque comparison,analyze its thrust torque interference characteristics.The sensor is fabricated,the strain gauge is attached,and the sensor design feasibility is verified by physical calibration.
