全缘千里光的染色体核型分析及其系统植物学特征

摘　　要：目的明确千里光的杂交育种及其近缘药用植物的系统分类的细胞遗传学机制。方法以传统抗菌中草药全缘千里光(Senecio scandens Buch.-Ham.ex D.Don)为实验材料,苯酚红染色法制作染色体标本,从细胞遗传学角度分析其染色体核型。结果全缘千里光为二倍体,染色体数20条,核型公式为2n=2x=20=8m+2sm(2SAT),属于2A核型;核型不对称系数介于50.57%和69.38%,表明千里光属(Senecio)植物是进化缓慢、遗传性状稳定的原始物种。结论根据核型参数分析结果推测,千里光远缘杂交可致杂种不育,其生殖隔离的细胞遗传学机制在于染色体配对障碍。Objective In order to obtain basic knowledge for systematic taxonomic parameters in the Senecioneae plants.Methods Senecio scandens Buch.-Ham.ex D.Don,the antibacterial herb of Chinese traditional medicine,was used as experiment sources,to stain chromosome specimens by phenol red staining method,and analyzed the karyotype features from the cytogenetic point of view.Results The Senecio scandens Buch.-Ham.ex D.Don is dioploid with 20 chromosomes and the karyotype formula is 2 n=2 x=20=8 m+2 sm(2 SAT)belonging to 2 A karyotype.The karyotype asymmetry coefficient was between 50.57%and 69.38%,indicating that Senecio plants were primitive species with slow evolution and stable genetic traits.Conclusion According to the results of karyotype parameter analysis,the distance hybridization of Senecio scandens Buch.-Ham.ex D.Don can result in hybrid sterility,because of the cytogenetic mechanism of reproductive isolation was chromosome pairing disorder.
