摘　　要：近年来,大学生领导力教育日益得到重视,相关的教育活动也日益普及并取得一定的成效。文章总结我国大学生领导力教育中的深层次问题,突出表现教育内容、教育模式、学生的主体性、教学评价、教育的协同性五个方面。在大学生领导力未来发展中,应正确认识领导力的内涵,认识到新时代人人都需要领导力;应重视实践在大学生领导力发展的重要性,构建大学生领导力教育生态系统。In recent years,the leadership education of college students has been paid more and more attention,and the related education activities have been popularized and achieved certain results.This paper summarizes the deep-seated problems in the leadership education of college students in China,and highlights the five aspects of education content,education mode,students'subjectivity,teaching evaluation and education coordination.In the future development of collegestudents'leadership,we should correctly understand the connotation of leadership,realize that everyone needs leadership in the new era,pay attention to the importance of practice in the development of college students'leadership,and build an ecosystem of college students'leadership education.
