医院调剂药师在中药房规范化培训中的教学模式探讨

摘　　要：目的文章探讨调剂药师在中药房规范化培训教育,以培育药师人才为核心,加强药师团队建设。方法通过简述四川大学华西医院在中药房的培训模式,主要从培训目标、培训内容、培训方式、考核办法4个方面进行探讨,建立教学双方满意度。结果规培调剂药师在中药房期间对带教老师培训内容、带教方法、带教态度、授课时长等都非常满意;建立规培调剂药师自我评价机制,对掌握的理论知识、操作技能、分析解决问题能力、沟通交流能力、检索和收集文献能力、处方审核能力、提供用药交代和用药咨询能力都很满意,培训效果显现。讨论医院规培调剂药师带教工作还需进一步完善,应建立调剂药师在中药房系统化、规范化、标准化教学培训模式,保证药师人才培养质量。Objective This paper discusses the education of standardized training of dispensing pharmacists in the traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy,which core is cultivating pharmacists,to strengthen the construction of pharmacists’team.Methods Through the briefly introduce training mode of the West China Hospital of Sichuan University in the traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy,mainly including training objectives,training content,training methods and assessment methods,to establish satisfaction between teachers and trainees.Results The dispensing pharmacists in the standardized training were very satisfied with the training content,teaching method,teaching attitude and teaching time of teachers;establish a self-evaluation mechanism for dispensing pharmacists,who are satisfied with their theoretical knowledge,operational skills,ability to analyze and solve problems,ability to communicate,ability to search and collect literature,ability to review prescriptions,ability to provide medication account and medication consultation,and the training result is effective.Conclusion It is necessary to further improve the teaching work of standardized training pharmacists in hospital,and to establish a systematic,normalized,standardized teaching and training mode for pharmacists to ensure the cultivation quality of pharmacists.
