摘  要:为提高高等医学院校研究生培养质量,培养临床、科研、实用复合型人才,在专业型硕士研究生并轨规培过程中促进临床科研思维的形成是一件尤为重要的任务。目前我国临床专业型硕士研究生教育并轨住院医师规范化培训还处于初始起步萌芽阶段,还有待在很多方面进行进一步完善和持续改进,同时在住院医师规范化培训更重视临床的情况下,同步推动科研能力发展更是一个有待探讨的过程。因此,探索一条促进临床专业型硕士研究生并轨规培过程中科研思维模式形成的有效途径,对提高我国高等医学教育事业发展起到举足轻重的作用,同时对完善我国高等医学教育高层次人才培养模式起到积极的推动作用。In order to improve the quality of postgraduate education in medical colleges and universities,it is very important to cultivate clinical,scientific research and practical compound talents,especially in the process of combination medicine professional degree postgraduate with resident training.At present in China,clinical professional master's degree education is still in its infancy,and many aspects need to be further and continuously improved.At the same time,in the case that the resident standardization training pays more attention to the clinical situation,it is a process to be explored to simultaneously promote the development of scientific research capabilities.Therefore,it is effective to explore the formation of a scientific thinking mode in the process of promoting combination medicine professional degree postgraduate with resident training.The approach plays an important role in improving the development of higher medical education in China,and at the same time it plays a positive role in improving the highlevel talent training model of higher medical education in China.
