摘 要:目的探究外科急腹症教学中实施角色扮演法,对其教学质量的应用价值。方法选取学校2014级第一临床医学院外科学急腹症中实施角色扮演法模式的学生124名相关信息作为研究对象(研究组),实施传统教育模式的学生相关信息116名作为参照对象(参照组),观察临床医生外科急腹症教学的技能成绩和理论知识评分。结果研究组理论知识与操作技能角色扮演法后成绩均优于参照组,组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,相对于传统授课形式,临床医学生更偏好角色扮演法,参与意愿更为强烈,认为角色扮演法模式的学习可以确定更多知识,并对临床技能有所提高。学生普遍认为角色扮演法可有助于学习知识,提高临床操作技能。结论角色扮演方法在外科急腹症教学中可有效提高学生的技能成绩和理论知识评分。Objective To explore the application value of role-playing in the teaching of surgical acute abdomen.Methods 124 students in the roleplaying model of surgical acute abdomen in the first clinical college of 2014 were selected as the research objects(Research Group),116 students in the traditional education model of surgical acute abdomen in the clinical college were selected as the reference objects(reference group)to observe the skill scores and theoretical knowledge of clinical doctors in the teaching of surgical acute abdomen Score.Results The results of the research group were better than those of the reference group after the role-playing of theoretical knowledge and operational skills,and there was a difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The role-playing method can effectively improve students'skill scores and theoretical knowledge in the teaching of surgical acute abdomen.
