腹腔镜下微创治疗巨大肾上腺肿瘤的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的探究巨大肾上腺肿瘤患者接受腹腔镜下微创治疗的效果。方法将巨大肾上腺肿瘤患者60例,以信封随机化法分组,时间为2017年5月—2018年6月,对照组开放式手术治疗,试验组腹腔镜下微创手术治疗,分析2组巨大肾上腺肿瘤患者治疗的结果。结果试验组巨大肾上腺肿瘤患者的手术出血量、手术用时、术后引流量、胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间均低于对照组,P<0.05;试验组中,其并发症发生率(10.00%),相较于对照组并发症发生率(33.33%),明显更低,P<0.05。结论巨大肾上腺肿瘤患者接受腹腔镜下微创治疗,能够减少其创伤程度,且并发症发生率低,安全有效。Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic minimally invasive treatment for giant adrenal tumor.Methods 60 patients with giant adrenal tumor were divided into two groups by envelope randomization,the time was from May 2017 to June 2018.The control group was treated by open surgery,the experimental group was treated by laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery,and the results of the two groups were analyzed.Results The bleeding volume,operation time,postoperative drainage volume,gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);in the experimental group,the complication rate(10.00%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(33.33%),P<0.05.Conclusion Laparoscopic minimally invasive treatment of giant adrenal tumor can reduce the degree of trauma,and the incidence of complications is low,safe and effective.
