布地奈德、胸腺肽α-1联合治疗ACOS的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨布地奈德雾化与胸腺肽α-1联合治疗哮喘慢阻肺重叠综合征(ACOS)的临床效果,以及对患者血清炎症因子的影响。方法选取2017年4月—2018年4月期间医院收治的96例ACOS患者,将其分为对照组(布地奈德雾化吸入治疗)和研究组(布地奈德雾化吸入治疗联合胸腺肽α-1治疗),各48例。对比两组肺功能指标(PEF、RV/TLC、IC/TLC)、免疫功能指标(CD4+、CD8+、IgE)、血清炎症因子水平(IL-4、IL-6、TNF-α)改善情况。结果两组患者治疗之前,其肺功能指标、免疫功能指标、血清炎症因子水平差异均无统计学意义,P>0.05;治疗后,两组的各项观察指标均有所改善,但是研究组改善效果更佳,其差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德雾化、胸腺肽α-1联合治疗哮喘慢阻肺重叠综合征(ACOS)的临床效果良好,具有重要的临床价值。Objective To probe into the effect of budesonide aerosol inhalation combined with thymosin alpha-1 in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary overlap syndrome(ACOS)of asthma and its influence on serum inflammatory factors of patients.Methods 96 cases of patients with ACOS and who treated in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected,and the patients were divided into the control group(budesonide aerosol inhalation therapy)and study group(budesonide aerosol inhalation therapy combined with thymosin alpha-1 treatment),with 48 cases in each group.Then the improvement of lung function index(PEF,RV/TLC,IC/TLC),immune function index(CD4^+,CD8^+,IgE),serum inflammatory factors(IL-4,IL-6,TNF-a)were compared between the two groups.Results Before the treatment,there were no significant differences in pulmonary function,immune function and serum inflammatory factor levels between the two groups,P>0.05.After treatment,the observation indexes of two groups were improved,but the improvement effect of the study group was better,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effects of budesonide nebulization combined with thymosin alpha-1 in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary overlap syndrome(ACOS)of asthma are good,which it has important clinical value.
