推拿牵扳按腹法治疗腰椎假性滑脱的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察推拿牵扳按腹法治疗腰椎假性滑脱的有效性和安全性。方法选择符合腰椎假性滑脱诊断标准的患者,运用推拿牵扳按腹法对其进行治疗,记录治疗过程,观察疗效,并采用积分法比较该组治疗前后总体疗效和主要症状、体征的差异;并对结果进行分析。结果共计纳入病例42例,无脱落病例。治疗前后主要症状和体征经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义,P<0.001,说明牵扳按腹法在改善腰部疼痛、活动受限、下肢串痛等方面都有良好的效果。结论牵扳按腹法治疗腰椎假性滑脱是有效的安全的,对于腰部疼痛、活动受限、下肢串痛等症状和体征的改善非常明显。Objective To observe the effect and safety of the tractionrotatory manipulation&abdominal compression on pseudolumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods We use Standard Diagnostic Criteria for Pseudo-lumbar Spondylolisthesis to select patients and treat them with the therapy of traction-rotatory manipulation&abdominal compression.We use integration to compare the total effect,the main syndromes and physical signs between pre-treatment and post-treatment.Results There are 42 cases with no case falls off.The main syndromes and physical signs of pre-treatment and post-treatment has significantly difference,P<0.001.The difference shows the therapy of the traction-rotatory manipulation&abdominal compression has good effect on improving back pain,limited mobility,lower limbs string of pain,etc.Conclusion The therapy of traction-rotatory manipulation&abdominal compression is effective and safe for treating pseudo-lumbar spondylolisthesis.This therapy has obvious improvement for the syndromes of back pain,limited mobility and lower limbs string of pain.
