抑郁症患者睡眠障碍成因分析与护理措施研究

摘　　要：目的:分析抑郁症患者睡眠形式障碍的原因、形式,并探讨改善睡眠障碍的护理方法。方法:选取2017年6月至2019年2月青岛市精神卫生中心收治的抑郁症伴睡眠障碍患者84例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组42例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组给予针对性护理,分析所有患者睡眠障碍的形式和原因,比较2组患者对于护理的满意率、睡眠质量评分以及睡眠障碍发生率。结果:患者的睡眠障碍形式主要有入睡困难和早醒,发生的原因为抑郁情绪、身体因素等。观察组护理后睡眠质量评分优于对照组,观察组护理的满意率为97.62%高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。结论:对抑郁症伴睡眠患者的护理中,采用针对性护理,可改善患者的睡眠状态。Objective:To analyze the causes and forms of sleep disorder in patients with depression,and to explore the nursing methods to improve sleep disorder.Methods:From June 2017 to February 2019,84 patients with depression and sleep disorder admitted to Qingdao Mental Health Center were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to random digital table method,42 cases in each group.The control group took routine nursing,the observation group gave targeted nursing,analyzed the forms and causes of sleep disorders in all patients,and compared the satisfaction rate,sleep quality score and the incidence of sleep disorders in the two groups.Results:The main forms of sleep disorders were difficulty in falling asleep and waking up early,which were caused by depression and physical factors.The score of sleep quality after nursing in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 97.62%higher than that in the control group(83.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing of patients with depression and sleep,the use of targeted nursing can improve the sleep state of patients.
