摘 要:目的探讨新护士职业适应能力与总体幸福感的相关性。方法采用方便抽样法,用职业适应能力量表及总体幸福感量表对358名新护士进行问卷调查。结果新护士职业适应能力总均值为(4.42±0.85)分,总体幸福感总均值为(4.31±0.52)分,处于中等水平,职业适应能力与总体幸福感呈正相关关系,相关性有统计学意义(r=0.472,P<0.01);回归分析显示,月均收入、生涯发展能力及情绪调节能力是总体幸福感的重要预测变量。结论新护士职业适应能力对总体幸福感有直接影响,医院管理者对新护士的职业适应能力应加强关注,以提升新护士的总体幸福感。Objective To explore the correlation between the professional adaptability of new nurses and general well-being.Methods A total of 358new graduate nurses were surveyed using general well-being schedule and occupational adaptability self-reported scale.Results The mean score of new graduate nurses’professional adaptability was 4.82±0.85,the score of general well-being was 5.88±4.32.and it was at a medium level.The professional adaptability was positively correlated with the general well-being.The correlation was statistically significant(r=0.472,P<0.01).Regression analysis showed that work tasks and stress,career development and transformation were important predictors of general well-being.Conclusion The professional adaptability of new nurses has a direct impact on general well-being.Hospital administrators should pay more attention to the new nurses’professional adaptability to enhance the general well-being of new nurses.
