摘  要:目的:应用类同轴相衬CT(PCCT)评估3种根管封闭剂(AHPlus、iRootSP、GuttaFlow)结合热垂直加压充填技术的根充效果。方法:选取完整离体前磨牙32颗,随机分为4组,A组不用任何封闭剂,B组AHPlus根管封闭剂,C组iRootSP根管封闭剂,D组GuttaFlow根管封闭剂,4组均使用相同的根管预备和根管充填方法。待封闭剂完全固化后行PCCT成像检测,测量根尖1/3未充填空隙的百分比,定量分析根管充填的效果。结果:根尖1/3未充填空隙体积百分比A组大于B、C、D组(P<0.01),B组大于C组和D组,D组大于C组(P<0.05)。结论:iRootSP根尖封闭性优于GuttaFlow和AHPlus,而Gut-taFlow根尖封闭性优于AHPlus。Objective: To evaluate the effect of root canal obturation with three sealers combined with vertical condensation technique. Methods: 32 extracted premolars were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups. The same root canal preparation and filling methods were used for the 4 groups. Before filing, the root canals of group A were treated without sealer, those of group B, C and D were treated with AH plus, iRoot SP and GuttaFlow respectively. PCCT imaging experiment was carried out after the sealant was completely cured. Slides were collected and 3 D images were reconstructed. The void of the canals at 1/3 of root apex was measured and compared among groups. Results: The percentage of void volume of group A was the highest(P<0.01), that of group C was the lowest(P<0.05), that of group D was lower than that of group B(P<0.05). Conclusion: The sealing performance of iRoot SP is better than that of GuttaFlow and AH Plus, that of GuttaFlow is superior to AH Plus.
