[牙合]垫式可摘局部义齿在老年牙列缺损伴重度磨耗患者中的应用

摘　　要：牙列缺损伴重度磨耗是威胁老年患者身心健康高危因素,本研究给予45例老年牙列缺损伴重度磨耗患者[牙合]垫式可摘局部义齿,并以普通可摘局部义齿修复45例作为对照组,结果发现,前者在提高咀嚼效率及修复效果方面更具优势。Dentition defect with severe abrasion is a high risk factor for the physical and mental health of elderly patients.90 cases of elder patients abrasion with dentition defect and severely worn were treated with cushion-type removable partial denture(n=25)and ordinary removable partial denture as controls(n=25)respectively.The results showed that the former has an advantage in improving chewing efficiency and repairing effect.
