上颌前磨牙颈部缺损修复预后影响因素的Cox回归分析

摘　　要：回顾分析波及牙髓的颈部缺损的上颌双根管型前磨牙568例,采用不同的方式纤维桩加强修复。经过4年的随诊观察,采用Cox回归进行生存分析比较抗折效果。不同修复方法、缺损波及大小、咬合关系、是否义齿修复基牙是影响上颌前磨牙颈部缺损修复预后的独立危险因素。纤维桩加强修复可降低颈部缺损前磨牙折断的发生率。568 maxillary premolars with cervical defect were restored by different repair methods with fiber post.The fracture after treatment was analyzed by Cox regression analysis in 4-year follow-up.Different repair methods,defect size,occlusion,and the abutment teeth with denture prosthesis were the isolated factor influencing the prognosis.Restoration with fiber post may decrease the fracture of the teeth.
