摘　　要：分析1例较为典型的坏死性唾液腺化生(necrotisingsialometaplasia,NS)的病例资料和病理表现,复习相关文献,总结NS临床诊断经验。由于NS在临床及病理表现方面均酷似恶性肿瘤,因此,熟识NS相关知识对于及早明确诊断,避免不恰当的治疗,避免患者遭受经济和心理压力具有重大意义。A case data with pathological manifestations of typical necrotisingsialometaplasia(NS)and relevant literatures were reviewed,the clinical diagnosis experience of NS was summarized.Since both in clinical and pathological manifestations of NS resembles malignant tumor,early diagnosis is very important for the refraining from inappropriate treatment and avoiding economic and psychological pressure on patients.
