摘  要:汽车电动尾门主要通过遥控或者电动方式控制车辆后备箱打开和关闭。分析了电动尾门系统结构和原理,针对一款传统汽车的电动尾门控制单元,通过MATLAB/Simulink搭建了电动尾门闭环系统模型,基于dSPACE硬件在环测试系统搭构建了系统测试环境。通过设计电动尾门开启和关闭测试工况进行验证,结果仿真系统和控制单元之间信号交互正常,电动尾门控制单元能够正常发送控制指令,实现电动尾门开启和关闭控制,结果表明,所提出的测试方法满足电动尾门实验室环境测试需求,有利于提升测试深度和测试效率。Power lift gate of vehicle mainly controls opening and closing of vehicle decklid by remote control or electric way.This paper analyzes the structure and principle of power lift gate system.Aiming at control unit of power lift gate unit of a traditional vehicle,closed-loop system model of the power lift gate system is built using MATLAB/Simulink,and system test environment is built based on dSPACE hardware in-loop test system.Validation is done through designing test conditions for validation of power lift gate opening and closing,and validation results shows that interaction between simulation system and control unit is working well,and control unit of power lift gate can send control instructions normally which control open and close of power lift gate.The results indicate that test methods proposed in this paper can meet requirements of laboratory test for power lift gate,and improve test depth and test efficiency.
