摘  要:随着实践教学内涵逐步扩大,实践教学比重增加、流程趋繁、内容标新,为实践教学管理与评价带来新的任务和挑战。为此,各高校围绕实践教学开展了大量的教学研究,产出了一批研究成果。文章吸纳各校实践教学体系构建与教学管理改革的经验,以山东交通学院为例,从实践教学体系构建、内容重构、模式创新、管理转型四个方面,阐述实践教学培养模式改革的流程及其关键要素,并以“四个服务,四个引导”为例,介绍了实践教学管理转型的典型经验,提出应用型高校要需聚焦质量与实效,以“信息化”为支点实施实践教学革新,对实践教学各环节进行“流程再造”,提升实践教学内容契合度、校企协同度、教师参与度、学生满意度、质量跟踪覆盖度。With the gradual expansion of the connotation of practice teaching,the proportion of practice teaching increases,the process becomes complex,and the contents become new,which brings new tasks and challenges for the management and evaluation of practice teaching.Therefore,colleges and universities have carried out a lot of teaching research and produced a batch of research results.This article absorbs the schools reform of construction of practical teaching system and teaching management experience,with Shandong Jiaotong University as an example,illustrates the process of practice teaching training mode reform and its key elements,from the four aspects involving the content of practical teaching system construction,reconstruction,model innovation,management transformation and with the"four service,four guide"as an example,this paper introduces the transformation of the typical practice experience of teaching management,put forward that the applied university will need to focus on efficiency and quality,so as to implement the practice teaching innovation with"informatization"as the pivot,and in"the process reengineering"for each link of practice teaching,We will improve the coverage of practical teaching content,school-enterprise collaboration,teacher participation,student satisfaction,and quality tracking.
