摘　　要：本研究立足巴州高校师资队伍建设现状,结合河北援疆对口支援工作的实际情况,总结凝练河北援疆推动巴州高校师资队伍建设的有效对策。实践表明:对接巴州高校师资队建设存在的问题,开展“传统帮扶+互联网技术”的帮扶模式可以实现对巴州高校师资力量的提升和培养,促进巴州高校师资队伍的建设和发展。Based on the current situation of the teaching staff construction in Bazhou colleges,this paper combines with the actual situation of Hebei's assistance,summarizes the effective countermeasures to promote the teaching staff construction in Bazhou colleges.The practice shows that there are some problems in the construction of teachers team in Bazhou colleges,and the support mode of"traditional support+internet technology"can realize the improvement and cultivation of teachers and promote the construction and developments of the teachers in Bazhou colleges.
