颈部超声联合脑血管造影术对老年缺血性脑血管病的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年缺血性脑血管疾病应用颈部超声联合脑血管造影术(DSA)的诊断效果。方法:选取2015年4月~2017年4月本院收治的缺血性脑血管疾病老年患者43例,并于患者住院7~10d实施颈部超声及脑血管造影术(DSA)诊断,观察并分析两种方法单独使用及联合使用的诊断准确率及斑块检出率。结果:颈部超声联合DSA诊断准确率(100.00%)高于颈部超声准确率(72.09%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);颈部超声联合DSA诊断斑块检出率(74.42%)高于颈部超声斑块检出率(51.16%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对老年缺血性脑血管疾病实施颈部超声联合DSA进行诊断,可准确评估其动脉狭窄程度及斑块形态,为临床预防及治疗提供有效依据,效果显著。Objective:To explore the diagnostic effect of neck ultrasound combined with cerebral angiography(DSA)in senile ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.Methods:A total of 43 elderly patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 were selected,and neck ultrasound and cerebral angiography(DSA)diagnosis were performed in the patients from 7 to 10 days of hospitalization.The diagnostic accuracy and plaque detection rate of the two methods were observed and analyzed.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of neck ultrasound combined with DSA(100.00%)was higher than that of neck ultrasound(72.09%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of neck ultrasound combined with DSA in diagnosis of plaque(74.42%)was higher than that of neck ultrasound(51.16%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The diagnosis of senile ischemic cerebrovascular diseases by neck ultrasound combined with DSA can accurately evaluate the degree of arterial stenosis and plaque morphology,and provide effective basis for clinical prevention and treatment.
