摘　　要：为清楚了解河北体育学院冰雪人才培养的优化路径,挖掘管理类、竞技类、服务类、工程类、开发类、教育类等不同类型冰雪人才的具体培养方案,全面提升冰雪人才的技能水平,优化冰雪人才培养路径,明确未来我国冰雪人才的发展趋势,笔者以专家访谈法、文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法,从学生和企业两方面深入探究当前我院冰雪人才现状与企业对于冰雪人才需求的矛盾,并系统运用校企双制的教学模式优化我院冰雪人才培养,便于今后对冰雪人才培养的方式方法进行及时的调整,为我院争做冰雪运动排头兵打下坚实基础。Ice and snow for a clear understanding of hebei institute of physical education talents cultivation of optimal path,mining management,competitive,service,engineering,development,education and other different types of snow and ice talent training scheme,comprehensive promoting the skill levels of snow and ice talents,training path optimization of snow and ice,and clear the future development trend of ice and snow talent in our country,the author to expert interview method,literature method,question naire survey and other research methods,from two aspects of students and enterprises to delve into our current snow talent present situation and the enterprise,the contradiction of the demand for ice using dual system between colleges teaching mode and system optimization in our ice talent training,It is convenient for us to adjust the training methods of ice and snow talents in time in the future,and lay a solid foundation for our hospital to strive to be a leader in ice and snow sports.
