摘  要:根据城市高层住房居民生活用水需求,设计了一套基于S7-300PLC的变频恒压供水系统,并开发上位机触摸屏画面,对系统进行管理和监控。系统利用三台并联水泵电机组成变频循环运行方式,变频器实现对三台水泵电机的软起动和变频调速,压力变送器采集系统水压送给PLC,并与设定值比较控制变频器的输出频率和水泵电机的切换,使供水系统运行在最佳状态保证按需供给。According to the residential water demand of high-rise housing residents,a variable frequency constant pressure water supply system based on s7-300 PLC was designed,and the upper computer touch screen screen was developed to manage and monitor the system.System uses three parallel pump motor frequency conversion cycle operation mode,the inverter of three pumps motor soft start and frequency control of motor speed,hydraulic pressure transmitter collection system to PLC,and compared with the setpoint control inverter output of switching frequency and the water pump motor,make the water supply system running in the best condition to ensure supply as needed.
