摘　　要：儿童脑肿瘤的治疗是小儿神经外科的重要分支。由于儿童的生长发育具有不同于成人的独特生理特点,故儿童脑肿瘤的治疗绝不仅仅是成人脑肿瘤治疗的“缩影”。本文回顾国内外儿童脑肿瘤治疗的里程碑事件、探讨目前临床诊疗关键技术、展望未来,提出儿童脑肿瘤的治疗不仅要汲取既往国内外的优秀经验,更需要研发具有当代及未来特色的治疗方法,发展多学科诊疗模式和注重人才梯队培养。The treatment of pediatric brain tumors is an important branch of pediatric neurosurgery.Children's brain tumors are treated differently from adults because of the unique structure of their physical development.This paper reviews the milestones in the treatment of children's brain tumors at home and abroad and discusses the key technologies for the diagnosis and treatment of children's brain tumors,so as to look into the future.
