关于复转军人培训工作的几点思考

摘　　要：通过结合哈尔滨华德学院复转军人培训工作的实际情况,探讨了退役军人培训工作中涉及到的培训理念、内涵建设、课程建设、合作办学等问题。培训实践表明,复转军人培训并不仅仅是对退役士兵进行简单的职业教育和技能培训,要做好这一培训工作,还需要从培训理念、内涵建设、课程建设、合作办学等多方面着手,打造完整的培训体系。By combining with the actual situation of the training work of the re-transformed servicemen in Harbin Ward College,this paper discusses the training concept,connotation construction,curriculum construction and cooperative running of the retired servicemen.Training practice shows that the training of demobilized soldiers is not only a simple vocational education and skills training,to do a good job of this training work,but also from the training concept,connotation construction,curriculum construction,cooperation in running schools and other aspects to build a complete training system.
