高校小额零星采购的信息化平台探究

摘　　要：为落实"放管服"改革,各高校制定了自主采购限额,在此限额以下的货物采购可以由教职工自主完成。这类采购具有金额小、业务量大的特点,这种采购方式的推行无疑会增加相关部门的业务量,同时增加监管的难度。在信息化已成为我国高等教育的发展趋势下,分析高校小额零星采购业务流程,分析小额零星采购需要对接的部门,并初步搭建小额零星采购系统。In order to carry out the reform of"releasing management service",each university has formulated the quota of independent purchase,and the purchase of goods below this limit can be completed by the teaching staff independently.This kind of procurement has the characteristics of small amount and large volume of business,the implementation of this procurement method will undoubtedly increase the volume of business of relevant departments,and increase the difficulty of supervision at the same time.Under the informationization has become the development trend of higher education in our country,this paper analyzes the business process of small and sporadic procurement in colleges and universities,analyzes the departments that need to connect small and sporadic procurement,and initially sets up a small and sporadic procurement system.
