摘　　要：采用CiteSpace软件生成可视化关键词知识图谱,结合国内外对于产学研协同创新研究现状的分析,构建基于CMS的产学研协同创新动态目标管理运行机制,促进机制完善和协同创新效益提升,以期丰富其研究理论。最后提出了后续实证研究的方向,为高校、企业、政府及相关机构提供产学研协同创新持续发展的决策参考。Using Cite Space software to generate visual keyword knowledge map,combined with the domestic and foreign analysis of the current situation of collaborative innovation research of industry,university and research,to construct a CMS-based cooperative innovation dynamic goal management operation mechanism,promote mechanism improvement and collaborative innovation benefit enhancement,in order to enrich its research theory.Finally,the direction of the follow-up empirical research is put forward to provide the decision-making reference for universities,enterprises,governments and related institutions to cooperate in innovation and sustainable development.
