高职院校实训室建设管理探析

摘　　要：高职院校校内实训室是学生接触实训的首要场所,对学生专业技能的培养影响深远,因此,校内实训室的建设管理尤为重要。高职院校实训室管理过程中存在软件维护管理困难、运转不顺畅,教学软件与教学环节不匹配,实训教学监测难,教学效果难保证,实训室开放程度差利用率低等问题。高职院校需要不断完善实训室管理制度,明确权利义务,完善实训教学考核标准和效果评估机制,采用试用期模式合理安排软件采购,加大实训室的开放程度,更好地服务区域经济。The internal training room in higher vocational colleges is the primary place for students to contact practical training,which has a profound influence on the cultivation of students’professional skills.Therefore,the construction and management of the internal training room is particularly important.In the process of training room management in higher vocational colleges,there are some problems,such as the difficulty of software maintenance and management,the lack of smooth operation,the mismatch between teaching software and teaching links,the difficulty of monitoring practical training teaching,the difficulty of ensuring teaching effect,and the low utilization rate of poor opening degree of training room.Higher vocational colleges need to constantly improve the management system of the training room,make clear the rights and obligations,perfect the evaluation standard and effect evaluation mechanism of practical training teaching,use the model of probation period to arrange the software purchase reasonably,increase the opening degree of the training room,and better serve the regional economy.
