摘 要:为研究喷油正时和喷油压力及双层分流燃烧室型线对柴油机缸内油气混合和性能的影响,本文应用AVL Fire对采用2种双层分流燃烧室、不同喷油参数条件下的单缸135柴油机额定工况进行了模拟计算。结果表明:提高喷油压力扩大了燃油分布范围,提高了双层分流燃烧室近气缸壁顶隙空间的利用率;提前喷油正时使更多的燃油喷雾进入上层燃烧空间;较大的上层燃烧空间和喉口直径有利于燃油扩散和顶隙空间的利用以及改善柴油机性能;相较于A型双层分流燃烧室,B型双层分流燃烧室的燃油经济性好,污染物排放少。To investigate the influence of injection timing,injection pressure and a double-layer diverging combustion chamber(DLDC chamber)profile on the in-cylinder fuel-air mixing and performance of the diesel engine,AVL Fire was applied to calculate the rated mode of a single-cylinder 135-type diesel engine with two DLDC chambers under different injection parameters.The results showed that following:increasing the injection pressure increased the fuel spray distribution region and the top clearance utilization around the cylinder wall of the DLDC chamber;advancing the injection timing made more fuel flow into the upper layer;the larger upper layer and throat diameter were good for promoting the fuel spreading,and utilizing the top clearance and improving the diesel engine performance;the B-type DLDC chamber provided better fuel economy and lower exhaust emissions than the A-type DLDC chamber.
