摘　　要：目的 探讨眼袋整形术结合A型肉毒毒素注射对眼周皮肤松弛患者美学评分的影响.方法 选择2014年3月至2019年10月收治的眼周皮肤松弛患者84例进行研究,随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各42例,对照组接受眼袋整形术,观察组实施眼袋整形术结合A型肉毒毒素注射,对两组眼周评分状态及美学评分、患者自评情况进行比较.结果 两组治疗前的眼周皮肤色泽、鱼尾纹、眼袋评分无明显差异(P>0.05),观察组治疗后眼周皮肤色泽、鱼尾纹、眼袋评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前的美学评分无明显差异(P>0.05),观察组治疗后美学评分明显较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组患者满意率为95.24%,明显较对照组80.95%高(P<0.05);观察组不良反应率为7.14%,明显较对照组26.19%更低(P<0.05).结论 眼袋整形术结合A型肉毒毒素注射可改善眼周皮肤松弛患者眼周皮肤状态,提高其美学评分,也能获得较高患者满意率,减少不良反应,值得推广.Objective To explore the effect of eye bag plastic surgery combined with injection of botulinum toxin A on the aesthetic score of patients with loose skin around the eyes.Methods A total of 84 patients with flabby skin around the eyes admitted from March 2014 to October 2019 were selected for study.Random number table method was divided into control group and observation group,42 cases each.The control group received eye bag plastic surgery,and the observation group received eye bag plastic surgery combined with injection of botulinum toxin type A.Compare the state of eye score,aesthetic score and patient selfassessment between the two groups.Results There were no significant difference in skin color,crow's feet,and bags under the eyes before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).The observation group's skin color,crow's feet,bags under the eyes were better than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the aesthetic scores of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the aesthetic scores of the observation group after treatment significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The self-assessment satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.24%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group80.95%(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate in the observation group was 7.14%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group 26.19%(P<0.05).Conclusion Eye bag plastic surgery combined with injection of botulinum toxin type A can improve the skin condition around the eyes of patients with sagging skin around the eyes,improve their aesthetic scores,and can also obtain a higher patient satisfaction rate and reduce adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion.
