摘  要:OIML IR46是由国际法制计量组织(OIML)于2012年发布的电能表国际建议,作为OIML的成员之一,中国在后续电能表检定工作中必须采纳并执行IR46的要求,但现有电能表检定设备无法完成IR46中关于小电流点的检定工作。文中探讨适用于IR46新型电能表检定装置的小电流输出技术,与传统的匝数补偿法相比,双铁芯补偿法可有效反馈测量小电流。并对硬件设计和软件控制做相关介绍,通过实际测试验证本技术的可行性。OIML IR46 is an international recommendation issued by the International Organization of Legal Metrology (OIML) in 2012 for new type AC watt-hour meters. As a member of OIML,China must adopt and implement IR46 in the follow-up verification of watt-hour meters. However,the existing calibration equipment of watt-hour meter cannot complete the verification of small current point in IR46. In this paper,the small current output technology suitable for IR46 new type watt-hour meter verification device is discussed,and the double-core compensation can effectively feedback the measurement of small current compared with the traditional turn compensation method. And the hardware design and software control are also introduced,and the feasibility of the proposed technology is verified by actual test.
