摘  要:"金属液态砂型成形工艺"是材料成型及控制工程一门实践性很强的核心专业课。本文以创新能力培养为教学目标,以企业实际产品为铸造工艺设计案例,重构课程教学内容;打造"双师型"教学团队,提升工程实践教学能力;将讲授法与基于项目学习法相结合,形成混合式教学方法;注重学习过程考核,构建多元化考核方式,调动了学生学习的积极性。实践证明,学生分析问题和解决问题的创新能力明显提升。Sand casting technology is a practical core course of materials processing and control.In this paper,the actual products of the enterprise are used as the teaching case.The teaching content of the course was reconstructed by taking the actual product of the enterprise as the case of casting process design.A double-qualified teaching team was built by improving the teachers’ engineering practice ability and employing enterprise technicians as part-time teachers.A hybrid teaching method was formed combining teaching method,case method and project-based learning method.A diversified curriculum evaluation system was built by paying attention to the process of learning assessment.That aroused students’ learning enthusiasm.The practice proves that students’ ability to analyze and solve problems has been improved significantly.
