摘  要:文章基于多目标规划理论研究X公司多仓仓储订单优化方案,考虑干线运输和仓储物流配送,构建了多仓仓储下的订单分配两阶段模型。第一阶段订单分仓问题,利用缩小问题解空间的思想,构建转运问题的数学模型,得出符合实际的订单分配方案;第二阶段物流车辆配送问题,运用K-means算法对大规模VRP的客户点聚类分析,再用粒子群算法运算求解,得出优化的配送路线方案。最后,参考X公司的仓租和配送成本验证方案的可行性。Based on the multi-objective programming theory,this paper analyzes a two-stage order allocation model which considers the trunk transportation and warehouse logistics distribution to propose some practical suggestions for Company X.In the first stage,we discuss the plan of order warehousing by narrowing the solution space and solving the transshipment problem.In the second stage of logistics vehicle routing problem,K-means algorithm is applied to cluster the customer points.Further,the particle swarm algorithm is used to solve VRP.Finally,it is shown that the scheme is feasible and accurate with reference to Company X’s warehouse rent and distribution costs.
