摘　　要：习近平总书记关于"加快发展伴随每个人一生的教育、平等面向每个人的教育、适合每个人的教育、更加开放灵活的教育"的新时代教育思想,引发了社会和学界关于中国成人教育体系当代转换问题的讨论,由于学界和业内对成人教育体系转换还存在不同认识,实现中国成人教育体系的当代转换还任重而道远,需要从理论与实践两个层面,对中国成人教育体系转换的内在逻辑、存在的现实问题以及转换的路径选择进行深入探讨,提出关于中国成人教育体系转换的当代思路。General Secretary Xi Jinping’s new educational thoughts on accelerating development of lifelong education, equal education, individual education, and more open and flexible education for all people have aroused the discussion of the contemporary transformation of China’s adult education system in the social and academic circles. As there are still different understandings about the transformation of adult education system in the academic circle and the industry, it is still a long way to go to realize the transformation of adult education system in China. It is necessary to make an in-depth discussion on the internal logic, the existing practical problems, and the path selection of the transformation of adult education system in China from the perspectives of theory and practice, and put forward some contemporary suggestions on the transformation of China’s adult education system.
