摘　　要：用户研究是图书馆服务开展的基础。网络时代,"数字青年"成为高校图书馆服务的主要用户群体,此类群体具有独特的认知与行为特征,服务对象及行为特征的变化为图书馆服务转型提供了机遇与挑战。据此,本研究在分析"数字青年"行为特征的基础之上,提出高校图书馆在资源与服务方面面临的挑战,并依托PU平台探索高校图书馆服务转型方向。User research is the foundation of library services.In the era of Internet,"digital youth"has become the main user group of library services in universities.This group has unique cognitive and behavioral characteristics.Changes in service objects and behavioral characteristics provide opportunities and challenges for the transformation of library services.Accordingly,based on the analysis of the behavioral characteristics of"digital youth",this paper puts forward the challenges of resources and services faced by university libraries,and explores the service transformation direction of university libraries on the basis of Pocket University.
