摘 要:为预防苏姜猪弱仔的发生和救治提供参考,选取同日龄体重相近健康情况良好的保育仔猪100头,在相同饲养条件下饲养42 d后,从中选取体重最轻的4头弱仔猪、体重最重的4头健壮仔猪,研究2种生长性能苏姜猪保育仔猪不同器官的发育差异。结果表明:弱仔猪的平均体重极显著轻于健壮仔猪,主要免疫器官胸腺、脾脏重量显著低于健壮仔猪;弱仔猪胸腺指数和胸腺脑比显著小于健壮仔猪;弱仔猪胸腺切片观察边缘区较薄,淋巴细胞较稀疏,凋亡小体较多;弱仔猪肺部切片观察有轻微病变,胃肠粘膜厚度极显著变小,小肠杯状细胞增多,胃肠道免疫功能受损;弱仔猪小肠绒毛长度极显著低于健壮仔猪,隐窝深度极显著高于健壮仔猪,消化吸收功能变弱。弱仔猪免疫系统和消化系统显著弱于健壮仔猪,其他器官发育受到的影响相对较小。To provide a reference for preventing the occurrence and treatment of weak Sujiang piglets,100 healthy nursery piglets with the same day age and similar body weight were selected,after 42 days of rearing under the same feeding conditions,four weak piglets and four healthy strong piglets with the greatest body weights were employed to explore the organ development variation of Sujiang nursery piglets with different growth performance.Results:The average body weight of the weak piglets was very significantly lower than healthy piglets,and the weights of thymus and spleen,the main immune organs of the weak piglets,were significantly lower than healthy piglets.The thymus index and thymus brain ratio of the weak group were significantly lower than healthy piglets.The thymus slices of the weak group showed thin border area,sparse lymphocytes and more apoptotic bodies.There were slight pathological changes in the lung section of the weak group.In the weak group,the thickness of gastrointestinal mucosa decreased very significantly,goblet cells increased and immune function of gastrointestinal tract was damaged.The villus length of small intestine in the weak piglets was very significantly lower than healthy piglets,the crypt depth was very significantly higher than healthy piglets,and the digestion and absorption function became weak.It could be concluded that the immune system and digestive system of weak piglets were significantly weaker than healthy piglets,and the development of other organs was relatively less affected.
