摘 要:为科学合理的拟定山岭区高速公路的设计速度,明确各设计要素的运用标准,使项目具有较高的安全性、舒适性、经济性,以京秦高速公路山岭区段项目为例,采用以定量为主的综合对比分析法,对设计速度的选用进行研究。首先,提出高低两种设计速度方案,结合实际建设条件,对两方案分别进行路线、桥梁、隧道等工程设计;其次,估算工程经济各项指标,计算各路段运行速度,并做同等深度的比选;最后,经分析论证确定推荐的设计速度。结果表明,所采用的研究方法适用、可行,对于山岭区高速公路设计速度的选用具有指导作用。In order to select the design speed of mountain highway scientifically and reasonably,to clarify the application standards of various design elements,and to make the project have high safety,comfort and economy,taking the project of Jing-Qin highway in mountain area as an example,the selection of design speed is studied by using the quantitative comprehensive comparative analysis method.Firstly,two kinds of design speed schemes are put forward.Combined with the actual construction conditions,the two schemes are respectively designed for the route,bridge,tunnel and other projects.Secondly,estimate the economic indicators of the project,calculate the operation speed of each road section,and make the comparison in the same depth.Finally,the recommended design speed is determined by analysis and demonstration.The results show that the research method is applicable and feasible,and has a guiding role in the selection of highway design speed in mountain area.
