摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜联合快速康复结直肠外科手术治疗老年结直肠癌的效果。方法随机抽取我院2018年2月至2019年7月收治的70例老年结直肠癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组采用腹腔镜手术治疗,观察组采用腹腔镜联合快速康复结直肠外科手术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组首次排气时间、首次下地活动时间、首次进食时间、术后输液时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用腹腔镜联合快速康复结直肠外科手术治疗老年结直肠癌患者的效果显著,有助于改善患者预后。Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic combined with fast track colorectal surgery in the treatment of elderly colorectal cancer.Methods Seventy elderly patients with colorectal cancer admitted in our hospital from February 2018 to July 2019 were randomly selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopy surgery,and the observation group was treated with laparoscopy combined with fast track colorectal surgery.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The first exhaust time,first activity time of getting out of bed,first eating time,postoperative infusion time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic combined with fast track colorectal surgery is effective in elderly patients with colorectal cancer,which is helpful to improve the patients’prognosis.
